Park Tai-joon, the chief director for the establishment of Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTEC) attended at the graduation ceremony of the university in Kyungsangbuk-do February 18 at 02:00 p.m. The degree awarding ceremony for 2003 was conducted with about 2,000 persons in and outside of the university and students parents, including Chung Jang-shik, Pohang City mayor, and a Nobel Prize awardee and a professor at College of Engineering, University of California Rudolph A.
